Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data, processes, and code to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to design cohesive code
  • Develop new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry trends
  • Record and report data to stakeholders
  • Participate in continuing education and training

Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science or related field
  • 10-14 years of experience in Ruby on Rails and JavaScript
  • Strong understanding of web development cycle and programming techniques
  • Focus on efficiency, user experience, and process improvement
