The successful candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field from a reputable institution
  • 4+ years of experience in JavaScript development (especially backend)
  • At least 3 years hands-on experience in Node.js, Express, and MongoDB
  • Strong knowledge of database management systems, MongoDB pipelines, and system-level architecture
