We are currently seeking an experienced instructor to lead IWCF Well Control and IADC Well Sharp training programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering training sessions, with the ability to develop customized course materials.

About This Role

This role is responsible for delivering IWCF Well Control and IADC Well Sharp courses onsite and virtually. Key responsibilities include:

  • Deliver high-quality training sessions that meet industry standards
  • Maintain and update training materials to ensure relevance and accuracy
  • Collaborate with clients to develop customized training programs that meet their needs
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in delivering IWCF WC and IADC WS courses
  • Hold relevant certifications, including IWCF Drilling Certificate – Supervisor Level 4 Certificate (Surface & Subsea), IWCF Drilling Certificate – Instructor Certificate (Surface & Subsea), IADC Drilling Certificate – Instructor Certificate (Surface & Subsea), and IADC Well Service & Workover Certificate – Instructor Certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners
  • A high level of organization, with attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Fluent English language skills, both verbally and in writing
