We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Design Manager to join our team. As a Strategic Design Manager, you will be responsible for managing the design process for multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement design strategies to meet business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of designers to deliver high-quality designs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment with business goals
  • Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to designers
  • Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements

To be successful as a Strategic Design Manager, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Qualification in Interior Design or related field
  • Master's/ Specialization in Construction Planning Management, MBA, or Design Management
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as an Interior Designer/ Project Manager
  • Led and delivered a minimum of 10 Residential/Interior projects (end-to-end project management)
