About the Role

As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support via various channels. You'll work closely with our global teams to resolve customer issues, improve the overall experience, and contribute to our customer retention strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and retention
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics and KPIs
Requirements
  • At least 1+ year of experience in customer support via chat and email
  • Experience working in a 24/7 environment with flexibility to meet operational requirements
  • Previous experience using Zendesk or similar ticketing systems
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for sports and customer-centric approach
