We are seeking an experienced Network Administrator to fill a critical role within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and report on network performance, including ISP, DC, DR, MPLS, and P2P link monitoring.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate network device inventory.
Network Security Operations:
  • Manage firewall access, including DC, DR, MPLS, and Cloud environments.
  • Implement IP whitelisting and block malware IPs as per SOC guidelines.
  • Review and update firewall rule bases.
  • Monitor NIPS/IPS logs and deploy signatures.
Device Management:
  • Take and restore backups of DC, DR, HO, and NDR network devices.
  • Modify VLAN settings on L2 switches.
  • Reset network device passwords.
User Access and Administration:
  • Deactivate domain IDs and VPN for users who are no longer active.
  • Conduct regular admin access reviews and generate reports.
Load Balancer Configuration:
  • Configure and backup load balancers.
  • Create new application rules.
Incident Response and Change Management:
  • Respond to Level 1 incidents via email and phone.
  • Develop and implement RFCs.
  • Coordinate with OEM for troubleshooting efforts.
Cloud and Virtualization Knowledge:
  • Familiarity with AWS and Azure firewall/security features.
  • Understanding of ACI/AVS switch installation concepts.
