Job Title: Cloud Security Engineer

About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced Cloud Security Engineer to join our team and drive the implementation of DevSecOps practices across cloud environments.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud security, with hands-on expertise in AWS and Azure platforms.
  • This role requires a proven track record of managing systems and security in hybrid cloud environments, with a solid understanding of IAM guardrails and access management best practices.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with system administrators and security teams to enforce cloud security posture management, monitor, analyze, and remediate vulnerabilities within cloud environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage DevSecOps practices across cloud environments.
  • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
  • Define, implement, and monitor IAM guardrails and access management best practices.
  • Support security and compliance requirements by leveraging tools like Wiz and Remote PC.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of DevSecOps processes into ecosystem.
  • Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to team members.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in cloud security, DevSecOps, or related roles.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
  • Proven experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices.
  • Solid understanding of Cloud Security best practices and security controls.
  • Experience managing systems and security in hybrid cloud environments.
  • Strong knowledge of IAM guardrails with practical experience in implementation.
  • Familiarity with Wiz (cloud security posture management).
  • Experience working with Remote PC setups in enterprise environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
