Financial Operations Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Manager to oversee the management of financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in managing financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and timely financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives, analyzing cost structures and identifying areas for reduction.
  • Manage plant expenditures, monitoring and controlling costs to optimize efficiency.
  • Analyze gross margin variance and prepare yield reports of the factory and TPU.
  • Coordinate completion of various reconciliations required for the Cost audit.
  • Review production orders and prepare variance by price and volume.
  • Ensure inventory valuation and conduct periodic factory and warehouse inventory audits.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ICWA Qualified or Semi Qualified / CMA Semi Qualified - 5 years of experience in Financial Operations Management.
  • Strong data handling and process handling skills.
  • Excellent team handling experience and fluency in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical, with a strong focus on financial regulations and company policies.
