Job Summary:

We are seeking an accomplished Engineering Head for Plant Engineering to oversee the delivery of engineering services and solutions.

This leadership role requires a strong background in engineering project management, operations delivery, and plant engineering processes.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the delivery of plant engineering projects from inception to completion.
  • Manage and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring effective resource allocation, task management, and career development.
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals, expectations, timelines, and preparation of reports.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery.
  • Ensure all engineering processes and deliverables meet the required quality standards and comply with relevant industry regulations and best practices.

Requirements:
  • Proven working experience in Leadership Role in Plant Engineering Services organization
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Professional certifications such as PMP (PMI) are desirable
  • Strong multidisciplinary knowledge, especially in Process, Piping, Mechanical, Structural, Electrical & Instrumentation disciplines
  • Experience in handling multiple customers and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management capabilities
