Key Role Responsibilities

The Engineering Team is responsible for designing and implementing all aspects of core services infrastructure components.

We are seeking a highly motivated team player with excellent communication skills, confident in presenting to management and comfortable with change control procedures.

A flexible work ethic is required with the ability to collaborate as part of a multi-platform global engineering team.

Main Objectives:

  • To design and implement core services infrastructure components
  • To lead and contribute to global engineering teams
  • To provide expert advice on Active Directory and Entra ID integration
  • To ensure successful implementation of certificate-based authentication and modern authentication methods
  • To configure device compliance policies and conditional access

Skill Requirements:

  • Ability to work well as part of a global team, with strong oral and written communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, eager and personable, with an ability to cope well under pressure
  • Hands-on experience with hybrid Azure AD join implementations
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Entra ID integration
  • Experience with certificate-based authentication and modern authentication methods
  • Proficiency in configuring device compliance policies and conditional access
  • Experience with Microsoft Authenticator deployment in hybrid environments
  • Operational expertise in Microsoft Intune configuration and management
  • Experience in using and developing automation and scripting (PowerShell) to drive efficiencies

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of mobile device management (MDM) policies
  • Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM)
  • Understanding of Zero Trust security principles
  • Experience with Tiered Admin Models in hybrid environments
