Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned system administrator to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability and performance of our supply chain systems.

Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving skills and a strong ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide end-to-end support for all supply chain solutions, ensuring continuous system availability and performance.
  • Manage automation infrastructure for distribution centers, managing hubs, and ship locations to ensure smooth and reliable operations.
  • Respond to system alerts and use monitoring tools to proactively identify and troubleshoot issues within supply chain systems.
  • Communicate technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions to support knowledge sharing and future problem prevention.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in systems administration, IT support, or a related role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with warehouse management systems, SQL, Oracle, ServiceNow, Genesys, Dispatch Track, Mercury Gate, Logility.
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and communication skills, self-motivated and thorough, capable of balancing multiple priorities effectively.
