Job Opportunity:

We seek an experienced leader to drive business growth, manage performance metrics, and oversee critical initiatives in a dynamic region.

  • Promote informed business decisions through qualitative insights and quantitative analysis.
  • Demonstrate expertise in design principles and customer experience for maximum business outcomes.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of professionals, including Business/Design Managers, Territory Area Managers, Designers, and other specialists.
  • Develop a thriving ecosystem for successful Design experiences.
  • Owning the quality of Design Closure for catalog products and services.
  • Drive key performance indicators like timely design approvals, snag-free designs, sales penetration, and satisfied customer/team member experiences.
  • Act as the voice of the city and customer within our organization, driving continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent, with an MBA being an added advantage.
  • 6-7 years of experience in the interior fit-out business, managing revenue-generating teams or selling design products/services.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and analytical ability.
  • Leadership and people management skills, with direct team reporting experience.
  • Personal and professional drive to continuously improve Design experiences.
  • Deep understanding of interior fit-out industry processes, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Strong leadership: hire, retain, motivate, and train diverse teams.
  • Customer empathy: appreciate customer problems and be a trustworthy partner.
