Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned expert in Demand Planning to join our team.

The successful candidate will own and manage delivery of process activities for Demand Planning, driving solutions to business issues through statistical baseline forecasting and collaboration with country/market partners.

This is a challenging role that requires the ability to analyze trend, pattern, seasonality, and product life cycle to select the best statistical models. The ideal candidate should have experience in ABC-XYZ analysis and outlier cleansing.

We are looking for someone with a graduate degree in any stream, preferably postgraduate diploma/certification in supply chain/analytics/Machine learning. A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Demand Planning/Demand Forecasting for seasonal and non-seasonal products is required.

The selected candidate should possess advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, statistical knowledge, and fluency in English. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to leverage their skills in analytics to drive growth and success in operations, finance, people, and technology.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and implement solutions to business challenges by managing statistical baseline forecasts and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  2. Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and seasonality, and develop strategies to optimize demand planning processes.
  3. Develop and maintain accurate and reliable forecasting models using statistical techniques and data visualization tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Demand Planning/Demand Forecasting, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, as well as statistical software such as R or Python.
