We are seeking an experienced Technical Consultant to join our team as a key member in architecting, developing, and supporting complex retail solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) platform.

This role demands deep technical expertise in D365 F&O Retail modules, including development using X++, Retail SDK, POS customizations, and Retail Channel configurations. As a Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end technical solutions in D365 F&O Retail, including POS (MPOS/CPOS), Retail HQ, Retail Server, and Channel DB.

  • Lead the development of custom features using X++, .NET, and Retail SDK extensions.
  • Perform deep-dive technical analysis of Retail processes, including pricing, promotions, loyalty, store operations, and merchandise management.
  • Manage complex integrations between D365 F&O Retail and third-party systems like payment gateways, loyalty systems, ERP, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Work closely with solution architects, functional consultants, and customer stakeholders to ensure technical alignment and feasibility.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 F&O, with at least 5+ years in the Retail module.
  • Strong hands-on experience in:
    • Retail POS customization (CPOS/MPOS).
    • Retail SDK and CRT (Commerce Runtime).
    • Retail Server and Cloud Scale Unit.
    • X++, C#, .NET, and SQL Server.
  • Proven experience with Retail configurations: assortments, pricing, discounts, loyalty, and store setup.
  • Deep understanding of Commerce Headquarters and its interaction with the F&O core.
Qualifications
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365: Commerce Functional Consultant Associate or equivalent.
  • Experience in international Retail implementations or multi-country rollouts.
  • Exposure to omni-channel commerce and unified commerce strategies.
