Key Responsibilities
  • Implement projects using proven methodologies and best practices.
  • Lead cross-functional teams of consultants, guiding them through project deliverables.
  • Build long-term client relationships by providing exceptional service throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Interpret commercial and contractual terms to inform project decision-making.
  • Support business development initiatives by collaborating with country leaders, practice leads, and sales teams on pre-sales activities and proposals.
  • Adhere to project governance guidelines and utilize project management tools for reporting purposes.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of professional experience.
  • 8+ years of effective project leadership experience.
  • Proven software implementation expertise in project management or technical delivery management.
  • Experience leading large or medium software projects utilizing Waterfall and Agile Methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of Risk, Fraud, Originations, Customer Onboarding domains.
  • PMP or equivalent certifications like Scrum Master, SAFe.
