About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Service Management specialist to fulfill this role.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the SAP Service Management module in alignment with business requirements and best practices.

You'll play a key role in designing end-to-end service processes and integrating them across SAP modules and third-party systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and map them to SAP Service Management functionalities
  • Configure SAP Service Management module, including service orders, service contracts, warranties, notifications, and customer service processes
  • Work closely with functional and technical teams to design and implement solutions
  • Provide support for SAP Service Management-related incidents, enhancements, and upgrades
  • Conduct user training and create functional documentation
  • Integrate SAP Service Management with modules like SD, MM, PM, and CRM
  • Participate in full lifecycle SAP implementations and/or rollouts
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve service delivery and customer experience

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Hands-on experience in SAP Service Management (Customer Service module)
  • Strong knowledge of service order processing, warranties, returns, and repairs
  • Experience with integration to SD, MM, PM modules
  • Good understanding of service processes in industries like Manufacturing, Automotive, or Utilities
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • SAP certification in Service Management or related module (preferred)
