MEP Maintenance Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced MEP maintenance supervisor with a strong technical background and expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in supervising maintenance activities, with hands-on knowledge in irrigation, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical works.

Previous work experience in large-scale agricultural farms or similar environments will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations for MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
  • Lead maintenance activities for irrigation systems, pumps, pipelines, and related farm equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve breakdowns to ensure minimal downtime of facilities and equipment.
  • Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
  • Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
  • Maintain records of maintenance activities, spare parts usage, and inventory.
  • Train and guide maintenance staff to improve skills and efficiency.
  • Liaise with management and other departments to support smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP maintenance with supervisory responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge in Irrigation, Plumbing, Electrical, and Mechanical systems.
  • Prior experience in large-scale agricultural or farm projects is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving, leadership, and team management skills.
  • Familiarity with preventive maintenance planning and reporting.
  • Ability to work in outdoor environments and handle multiple tasks.
