Automation Tester Job Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to drive digital transformation and enhance operational efficiency by designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using Playwright.

We are seeking a skilled automation tester to join our team As a key contributor, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining automated test scripts using Playwright.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement automated testing strategies.
  • Providing expert-level support for functional and manual testing teams.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong programming skills in Java with proven hands-on experience in Selenium WebDriver.
  • Framework design & development experience (Page Object Model, Hybrid, Data-driven, etc.).
  • Mobile Automation expertise (Appium or similar).
  • API Testing & Automation (RestAssured, Postman, or similar tools).
  • CBTA (Component-Based Test Automation) knowledge and practical usage.
  • Experience in Agile environments with CI/CD integration (Jenkins, Git, etc.).
  • Good understanding of STLC and ability to support functional/manual testing teams.
  • Proficiency in test management & defect tracking tools (JIRA, ALM, or similar).
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Good to Have (Preferred):

  • Exposure to modern automation tools.
  • Experience with POS system automation.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and testing microservices/containers (Docker, Kubernetes).
