Job Description:

The position of a Vision Tester is crucial in ensuring the efficient functioning of our system. As a Vision Tester, you will be responsible for testing and validating the performance of our system to guarantee that it meets the required standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Knowledge:

    A strong understanding of the VisionPLUS system, including its modules such as CMS, FAS, and TRAMS, is essential for this role.

  • Payment Scheme Experience:

    Hands-on experience with payment scheme simulators Visa, Mastercard, and Amex is necessary for effective testing.

  • Test Planning and Execution:

    Preparing test cases, test plans, walkthroughs for stakeholders, executing test scripts, and maintaining execution logs are critical tasks for this position.

  • Functional Knowledge:

    A deep functional knowledge of core functionalities such as account opening, authorization, transaction posting, statements, min due calculation, fees, service charges, loans, interest, disputes, and delinquency is required.

  • Defect Management Tools:

    Experience with JIRA/ALM defect management tools is necessary for efficient issue tracking and resolution.

  • Analytical and Communication Skills:

    Excellent analytical and communication skills are required to work effectively with development and business teams.

  • Project Ownership:

    Taking ownership of projects and delivering quality solutions on time is essential for this role.

  • Automation Tools:

    Exposure to automation tools is an added advantage in improving testing efficiency.
