Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead the development of cutting-edge OCR solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, training, and deploying custom models leveraging cloud-based AI services from Azure and AWS.

A key aspect of this role will be automating document classification and data extraction from structured/unstructured inputs (PDFs, scanned images, invoices, etc.).

To achieve this, you will need to build multilingual workflows by integrating translation APIs and apply NLP insights using AI-powered tools.

In addition, you will develop GenAI-powered solutions with cloud-based platforms for semantic understanding, summarization, and contextual search of documents.

You will also utilize image analysis and identity verification capabilities.

Another crucial task will be implementing and optimizing scalable pipelines for output post-processing (JSON/CSV) using programming languages like Python, Java, or .NET.

As part of a cross-functional team, you will collaborate to gather requirements and deliver tailored, production-grade solutions.

Please note that ensuring compliance with data privacy, security, and governance standards across cloud platforms is a significant responsibility in this role.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in OCR technologies, intelligent document processing, and enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions.
  • Expertise in cloud-based AI Services (Azure, AWS) and their respective stacks.
  • Strong coding skills in programming languages like Python, Java, or .NET with hands-on experience in post-processing outputs.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments and their services.
  • Deep knowledge of document layout analysis (tables, forms, key-value pairs).
  • Experience with NLP tools, translation APIs, and GenAI model training, fine-tuning, and deployment.
  • Exposure to Consumer, Retail, and Logistics domain workflows (preferred).
  • Understanding of Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Git (advantage).
  • Comfortable working in Agile projects, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills (client-facing role).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent (preferred).
