Job Description:

As a paid social advertising professional, you will own the execution and support for all paid social channels. This includes Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter.

You will drive in-depth cross-functional analysis and make recommendations on how to allocate budget across channels, devices, and campaigns.

The successful candidate will be accountable for performance against monthly targets while coaching team members.

They must identify new marketing opportunities and creative ideas based on commercial KPIs, customer insights, and competitive analysis through ongoing test & learning.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of professional experience managing paid social advertising campaigns.
  • Experience managing campaigns for at least 2 of the following channels: Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, or Twitter.
  • Strong App acquisition expertise and full-funnel marketing experience are required.
  • Leadership experience, including leading projects, instructing teams, and managing various stakeholders is essential.
