We are seeking an experienced Refrigeration Technician to join our team at Will And Augg Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HVAC and refrigeration systems, excellent mechanical skills, and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation and repair of refrigeration systems, including climate control systems and beverage equipment.
  • Troubleshooting refrigeration equipment failures and performing routine maintenance.
  • Ordering equipment supplies, repair modules, and sundries as needed.
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints and compliance schematics.
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their equipment needs and providing expert advice on equipment upgrades and alternate cooling options.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of diploma in refrigeration technology.
  • German language proficiency (B1 level) with the option to attend language classes.
  • 3-5 years of experience in refrigeration installation and repair.
  • Advanced knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
  • Excellent mechanical and diagnostic skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions.
  • Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy equipment.
