Patient Liaison Advocate

Role Summary:

As a Patient Relationship Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring patients receive the right hospital care from home. This opportunity allows you to guide patients on their treatment journey while coordinating with top hospitals.

• Engage with patients to understand their healthcare needs
• Advise patients in selecting the appropriate hospital and doctor
• Counsel patients about treatment options and hospital facilities
• Coordinate with hospitals and doctors for seamless appointment scheduling
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely follow-ups

Key Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in healthcare, patient counselling, or hospital coordination
• Exceptional communication skills in English & Hindi
• A patient-centric attitude with empathy and problem-solving skills
• Basic proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (preferred)
