Hardware Design Manager Job

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Hardware Design Manager to lead our team and drive innovation in hardware design.

  • About the Role:
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams, with a strong background in electronic hardware design, power electronics, and manufacturing processes.
  • They will be responsible for developing high-quality, reliable, and cost-effective hardware solutions for air conditioning products, including VRF, Residential, Chiller, and Heat pump solutions.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing strategies for hardware design, ensuring alignment with business goals and market requirements.
  • Designing and reviewing PCBs, BOMs, and hardware components, ensuring EMI/EMC compliance, protection circuitry, and thermal management.
  • Working closely with firmware teams to define hardware-software interfaces, including ADC/DAC ranges, digital IO behavior, and communication protocols.
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in hardware design, with a strong background in power electronics and manufacturing processes.
  • Proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams and driving innovation in hardware design.
  • Strong knowledge of EMI/EMC compliance, thermal management, and reliability testing.
