We are seeking an experienced Blockchain Technical Project Manager to lead our dynamic team in India.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering complex blockchain projects, ensuring they meet technical specifications, timelines, and budget constraints.

This position requires a deep understanding of blockchain technology, project management expertise, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:
    • Plan, execute, and oversee blockchain projects from initiation to completion.
    • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
    • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
    • Allocate internal and external resources effectively to ensure project success.
    • Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and report on project status to stakeholders.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Possess a strong understanding of blockchain technology and Web3 concepts.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of blockchain solutions.
    • Evaluate and recommend appropriate blockchain platforms, tools, and technologies for specific projects.
    • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams as needed.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    • Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and project teams.
    • Communicate project updates, risks, and issues effectively to all relevant parties.
    • Manage client expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure project deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
    • Perform regular testing and quality checks to identify and address any technical issues.
    • Implement best practices for secure and efficient blockchain development.
  • Risk Management:
    • Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
    • Proactively manage and resolve issues to minimize project disruptions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management with a focus on blockchain and Web3 technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of blockchain concepts, such as smart contracts, consensus algorithms, and decentralized applications (dApps).
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex technical projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
  • Familiarity with blockchain platforms like Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, and Polkadot is highly desirable.
