Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Leadership & Project Management: As the head of different projects, you will oversee all quality assurance functions, ensuring outstanding results across the organization.
  • Quality & Cost Improvement: You will drive initiatives for considerable quality improvement and achieve substantial warranty cost reduction, directly impacting profitability.
  • Strategic Decision-Making: Apply your expertise to overcome complex business challenges and make high-stakes decisions that align with corporate quality objectives.
  • Customer & OEM Engagement: Lead customer interactions with OEMs for new product development, ensuring quality requirements are met from concept to launch.
Qualifications
  • An electronics degree is mandatory.
  • You must have a strong background in electronic switches manufacturing.
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role in corporate quality is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage quality assurance functions, drive improvements, and reduce warranty costs is essential.
  • Experience in customer interaction with OEMs for new product development is highly valued.
