We are seeking a seasoned Product Reliability Strategist to lead our end-to-end product reliability strategy across design, testing, manufacturing, and field performance for electrolyzer systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing cross-functional reliability programs, collaborating with stakeholders to embed reliability into early design stages, and driving reliability testing programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the product reliability strategy across design, testing, manufacturing, and field performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed reliability into early design stages and ensure consistent manufacturing processes.
• Partner with operations and quality teams to monitor manufacturing consistency and implement corrective actions based on real-world performance data and customer feedback.
• Own and drive reliability testing programs to identify and mitigate potential failures.
• Lead root cause analysis on field and test failures to inform improvements in design and manufacturing processes.
• Build and scale a high-performing reliability engineering team to support business growth.
• Present reliability metrics and insights to executive leadership to inform strategic decisions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to product reliability.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in product reliability, systems engineering, or product development with a focus on cross-functional program management.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional reliability programs, including collaboration with engineering and operational teams.
• Deep knowledge of reliability engineering tools and methodologies, including statistical analysis and data visualization techniques.
• Proven ability to bridge engineering and operational teams to drive business outcomes.
