Key Product Development Manager Role

The primary function of this position is to oversee and contribute to the execution of product lifecycle processes for Insurtech products/platforms.

  • Lead technical discussions with engineering teams, manage technical/business requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure fulfillment of product requirements.
  • Evaluate product performance, transition products from development to commercialization, and determine product delivery and deployment dates for new product releases.
  • Mentor and drive a team of product managers while acting as a technical consultant to the product organization, leading research, and prototyping of innovative technologies and products.
  • Ensure the technology and architectural roadmap of engineering is properly aligned with and supports the product/business road map.
  • Act as a customer liaison on technical issues related to product integration, custom development, and requirements.

Requirements:

  • 9+ years of experience in product management, including analyzing software/product design, development, and deployment.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in technology or a related field.
  • Strong background in working as a Technical & Functional Product Manager or Business Analyst/Product Analyst in an enterprise environment.
  • Hands-on understanding of API Integration, SQL, Data Analysis etc.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC & technology system interfaces, data integration, networks, and operating systems.
  • Coaching and mentoring a team of product managers or product owners.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in Life & Annuity Industry.
What You'll Need:

• 9+ years of experience in product management, including analyzing software/product design, development, and deployment.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in technology or a related field.

• Strong background in working as a Technical & Functional Product Manager or Business Analyst/Product Analyst in an enterprise environment.

• Hands-on understanding of API Integration, SQL, Data Analysis etc.
