Product Leadership Role

This is a highly strategic product position that plays a pivotal role in driving the IT security services business. As a leader, you will be responsible for defining and launching new products, managing OEM relationships, and driving revenue growth across the country.

  • Revenue Growth: Own and manage annual revenue targets, ensuring consistent growth and expansion.
  • Product Launch: Identify and launch relevant products and services, tailored to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
  • Customer Experience: Simplify the customer purchase and service processes, creating a seamless digital sales cycle.
  • Marketing: Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our IaaS offerings, reaching a wider audience and increasing brand visibility.
  • Alliances: Foster strong relationships with security OEMs, including hyper-scalers, EPS, firewalls, and SIEM solutions.
  • Sales: Drive direct sales of our products, leveraging your expertise and network to close deals.

Key Skills:

  • Deep understanding of security architecture and its applications.
  • Familiarity with security solutions from hyper-scalers and other leading vendors.
  • Sales and marketing orientation, with a focus on customer acquisition and retention.
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong partnerships.
  • Commercial and business acumen, with a keen eye for market trends and opportunities.
  • Relevant security certifications and a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry developments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in IT security, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
