Job Title:

We are seeking a skilled and client-focused financial advisor to join our team.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in terminal handling, equity & derivative trading, and a proven ability to advise clients on diversified financial products. They should be able to trade execution, deliver end-to-end investment advisory services, cross-sell financial products, manage relationships with high net worth individuals (HNI), conduct risk profiling, and provide guidance based on fundamental & technical analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Trade Execution: Execute equity, derivatives, options, and cash market orders on behalf of clients.
  2. Deliver end-to-end investment advisory services with a focus on asset under management (AUM) growth and portfolio penetration.
  3. Cross-sell a range of third-party financial products such as insurance, mutual funds, portfolio management services, systematic investment plans, bonds, fixed deposits, alternative investment funds, treasury gilt schemes, unlisted shares, investment advice portfolios, and other offerings.
  4. Manage and strengthen relationships with HNI clients through consistent advisory support.
  5. Conduct client risk profiling and provide guidance based on fundamental and technical analysis.
Requirements:
  • Education: Graduate with minimum 55% marks.
  • Experience: 2+ years in HNI broking, trading, or wealth advisory.
  • Domain Knowledge: Equity & derivative markets, broking & operations, investment advisory, and client portfolio management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in trading applications & MS Office.
  • Certifications: NISM Series VIII – Equity Derivatives (Mandatory).
