**System Reliability Expert Wanted

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of systems. This involves identifying potential system issues early, implementing preventive measures, and boosting system resilience.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Engineer reliability by identifying potential system issues early and implementing preventive measures to boost system resilience.
  • Automate tasks to eliminate manual effort and enable rapid, secure deployments.
  • Solve problems at scale by participating in root cause analysis (RCA), driving corrective and preventive actions, and prioritizing improvements in the SRE backlog.
  • Optimize performance by applying programming and scripting expertise to strengthen infrastructure and services.
  • Mentor & grow by sharing knowledge with peers, championing best practices, and pushing for innovation.
  • Continuously evolve by staying ahead of new technologies, adapting quickly, and helping shape the future of IT systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Java, Python, Bash, or similar programming languages.
  • Hands-on experience designing & maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong incident response & problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and drive innovation.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native platforms and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
  • Monitoring/A PM Tools.

Benefits:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (master's preferred).
  • Experience: 2–4 years in operations, DevOps, or software engineering, with expertise in troubleshooting, automation, and customer support.

Additional Information:

  • Azure Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator, or Microsoft Cloud Certified – Professional DevOps Engineer.
  • Experience with AppDynamics, Splunk, or other monitoring/APM tools.
