The company is seeking a Senior Manager for Quality Assurance to lead publishing QA efforts in the Indian market. This role requires strong leadership skills and experience in game QA, with a focus on delivering unique gaming experiences.

Key responsibilities include developing test plans and cases, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and establishing an effective QA working environment.

Experience as a QA Lead during full game development and release cycles, familiarity with performance testing and security testing tools, certification in QA-related fields, and experience working with global or multicultural teams are highly desirable.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication capabilities, and hands-on experience with QA for Android, iOS, PC, and console are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading analysis and root-cause investigation of issues

Requirements include:

  • 10+ years of experience in game QA
  • At least 3 years in a QA management role
  • Solid understanding of game development pipelines
  • In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies and test tools
