Delivery Manager


Job Description:

Our team is looking for a seasoned project manager to lead our delivery operations. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience managing large teams and projects in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining project implementation, executing tasks, completing deliverables, coordinating staffing, and monitoring results. They will also need to effectively manage client communications and expectations, collaborate with the delivery team, present project statuses to executive teams and stakeholders, identify and mitigate project risks, manage issues and changes to project scope, and ensure high development team throughput by identifying potential issues and roadblocks.

In addition, the candidate will support the creation of high-quality client deliverables, including executive updates, meeting decks, project reports, and contract redlines, and demonstrate autonomous work ability with minimal supervision while delivering high-quality results within deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and be certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent. They will also have a working knowledge of pharmaceutical, special pharmacy, patient services, or related industries and experience working with European/USA clients.

They will be proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word, with strong Excel skills a plus, and advanced Salesforce/Hubspot skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: Over 10 years of experience as a dedicated Project Manager of large teams

Education: Bachelor's Degree required; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

Industry Knowledge: Pharmaceutical, special pharmacy, patient services, or related industries

Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills, polished executive presence, influence skills, proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word, and advanced Salesforce/Hubspot skills

Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP)
