Data Analyst and Operations Coordinator

Key Role Summary:
The Data Management Specialist will be a vital member of the project management office (PMO) team, responsible for organizing, validating, and maintaining utilization, capacity, and budget vs. actual data across various systems.
Core Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, validate, and maintain data related to utilization, budget vs. actuals, capacity planning, and forecasting
- Ensure seamless data consistency and alignment across internal systems
- Identify data discrepancies and collaborate with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution
- Provide ad-hoc reporting and analytics support to the PMO and leadership
- Work closely with resource managers and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver accurate updates
Required Skills & Expertise:
- 2–3 years of experience in resource management or similar operations/data-focused roles
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data validation)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets accurately
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Prior experience in a professional services, consulting, or operations environment is highly valued
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, information systems, or a related field
- Familiarity with workforce planning or scheduling tools is a significant asset
