">We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Data Analyst to join our team. As an Operational Data Analyst, you will be responsible for leveraging data analytics tools and techniques to drive business growth and enhance client experience.

">About the Role
">This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge data analytics tools and techniques to explore, analyze, and interpret large datasets from various sources. You will be working closely with the IB Operations Digital Strategy team to develop machine learning algorithms, predictive models, and simulations to forecast capacity requirements, predict potential failures, and optimize funding costs.

">Key Responsibilities
">* Derive and implement an outcome-driven analytics approach that meets the operational and analytical needs of the organization
">* Utilize data manipulation and analysis libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and SciPy to extract insights from complex datasets
">* Translate complex data into meaningful data visualizations, actionable insights, and strategic recommendations for process enhancements, risk mitigation, and cost efficiencies
">* Work together with the Risk Control team to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies relevant to operational risk
">
">Requirements
">* Master's degree or equivalent in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
">* 2+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or a similar role, preferably within the financial services industry
">* Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java
">* Strong knowledge of statistical modeling and data visualization tools such as Power BI
">* Excellent problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to analyze complex datasets, derive insights, and propose data-driven solutions
