We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Mobility professional to join our innovative performance apparel company.

About the Role

The Enterprise Mobility team is responsible for building and maintaining the underpinnings of our technology environment. As an Enterprise Mobility specialist, you will be part of a passionate team that delivers reliable, innovative, and value-driven experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Windows endpoint management capabilities.
  • Provide production support for Windows endpoint management in a geographically distributed environment.
  • Serve as an escalation point for all aspects of device lifecycle management (enrollment, configuration, protection, retirement).
  • Manage policy creation, task sequence creation, maintenance, troubleshooting, configuration profile development, OS updating, application packaging and management, endpoint security.
  • Automate and document operational procedures and processes.
  • Research and recommend solutions to improve and streamline end-user and business experience.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of relevant Enterprise Mobility Management (Windows) experience.
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Device Lifecycle Management, Troubleshooting & remote management.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, PowerShell, Jira, Confluence.
  • Good understanding of Entra ID, Microsoft/Office 365, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in complex, large-scale environments.
  • Proven success in delivering results on complex cross-functional projects.
