Mobile Development Expert

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Development Expert to join our team. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing mobile apps using Ionic (Xamarin and .NET MAUI). You will work closely with stakeholders to drive change and create agile organisations of tomorrow using the technologies of today.

The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience as a Mobile Developer on Android and iOS using Xamarin, as well as experience in handling deployments across App Store and Google Play Store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop mobile apps using Ionic (Xamarin and .NET MAUI).
  • Unit test, code review and technical design documentation.
  • Understand requirements, provide estimation and support defect fixes.
  • Develop innovative solutions to software engineering problems.
  • Work on change requests and highlight technical challenges impacting project delivery timelines.

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of experience as a Mobile Developer on Android and iOS using Xamarin.
  • Experience in handling deployments across App Store and Google Play Store.
  • .NET MAUI, Android SDK / iOS SDK, CSS, HTML5 and JavaScript expertise.
  • APIs, oDATA/REST / JSON interfaces and REST API development/consumption experience.
  • Advanced understanding of programming logic and patterns.
  • Good familiarity with CI/CD pipeline and tools like Azure pipelines or Jenkins.
  • Linux command line or Gradle scripts for Jenkins configuration and job creation.

Additional Skills:

  • Java, Objective-C, Swift or Kotlin language expertise.
  • Agile software development experience.
