Security Automation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Security Automation Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation playbooks within SOAR platforms.

  • This includes integrating multiple security tools with SOAR for automated incident handling, collaborating with SOC teams to automate repetitive tasks, and creating custom scripts to extend SOAR functionalities.
  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with SOAR platforms such as Palo Alto XSIAM and QRadar SOAR, as well as experience with SIEM solutions like QRadar and Splunk.
  • They will also have strong scripting/programming skills in Python, PowerShell, Bash, or JavaScript, and the ability to design and deploy custom integrations and APIs for automation workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and maintain automation playbooks within SOAR platforms.
  2. Integrate multiple security tools with SOAR for automated incident handling.
  3. Collaborate with SOC teams to automate repetitive tasks.
  4. Create custom scripts to extend SOAR functionalities.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in Security Operations, Automation, or SOAR Engineering.
  • Hands-on expertise with SOAR platforms such as Palo Alto XSIAM and QRadar SOAR.
  • Experience with SIEM solutions like QRadar and Splunk.
  • Strong scripting/programming skills in Python, PowerShell, Bash, or JavaScript.
