We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to support our digital operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys problem-solving, improving systems, and managing digital platforms.

The selected candidate will provide remote technical support for IT-related issues, file sharing, and troubleshooting. Additionally, they will offer expert advice on IT, data storage, payroll software, and email organization.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing remote technical support for IT-related issues
  • Streamlining email management, cloud storage, data organization, and software license tracking
  • Ensuring data security through antivirus, firewall systems, and safe IT practices
  • Managing and updating the company website regularly
  • Creating and maintaining an Excel-based career tracking sheet and organizing resumes received via the website
  • Maintaining and updating the company profile with latest news and project content
  • Reviewing and implementing OneDrive file organization across the team; performing monthly staff OneDrive checks and submitting weekly reports
  • Presenting website updates for marketing review and publishing quarterly project content on the website

Requirements include:

  • Proven experience in IT support, cloud storage, and website management
  • Familiarity with Wix, Office 365, OneDrive, and Google Workspace
  • Knowledge of general cybersecurity best practices
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and deliver within deadlines
  • Tamil-speaking
