Key Business Intelligence Role

This position is for a skilled business intelligence professional who can effectively leverage data insights to drive informed decision making and strategic project outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working with large datasets in a business setting.

The successful individual will lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with peers to achieve objectives. They will also be responsible for building dashboards, automating reports, and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of available data.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive data-driven recommendations and insights to support strategic projects
  • Lead cross-functional teams in specific initiatives, recognizing dependencies between teams and driving ownership
  • Establish strong working relationships with peers in other Global Operations teams and cross-functional partners to achieve objectives
  • Build dashboards and automated reports, working proficiently with data visualization and querying/analysis tools
  • Own data tables and work with stakeholders to ensure accurate, consistent, and timely data
  • Own technical implementations and documentation associated with datasets, striving for 100% accuracy
  • Identify and frame business problems; create hypotheses, build key analyses, and develop recommendations, gaining alignment with stakeholders for implementation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (statistics, operations research, computer science, etc)
  • 2+ years of experience working with data in a business setting, including data management, process execution, operations, reporting, or analytics
  • 4+ years of experience in Tableau/PowerBI and SQL
  • 2+ years of experience in Python
  • Exceptional analytical and technical skills, with clear attention to detail
  • Ability to leverage numbers and insights to influence sound decision making
