Interior Design Estimation Manager

We are seeking an experienced Interior Design Estimation Manager to join our modular and custom interior design team.

Job Description

This role requires close collaboration with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure projects progress smoothly and are delivered on time with high-quality outcomes.

Owning project timelines and vendor performance is key to success in this position.

Source, onboard, and manage vendors ensuring compliance with quality, price, and delivery standards.

  • Coordinate with the project management team to align vendor deliveries and production timelines with project schedules, ensuring smooth handovers.

Monitor vendor performance, resolve supply issues, and ensure quality standards are consistently met.

  • Take full ownership of estimation accuracy, vendor collaboration, and timeline adherence to support successful project completion.
  • Generate regular reports on cost estimates, vendor status, and project progress for management review.
  • Proven experience 8+ years preferred in the interior design industry, specifically in estimation, vendor management, or procurement within the modular furniture or custom interiors segment.
  • Excellent negotiation and vendor communication skills with a track record of successful vendor onboarding and relationship management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work crossfunctionally with design, procurement, and project teams to meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to take ownership and drive projects forward independently.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet and estimation software tools; familiarity with project management systems is a plus.

A detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy, quality, and cost efficiency as market standards.

Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent projects.

  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to anticipate and mitigate supply and scheduling risks.
