Job Title: Relationship Manager

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Relationship Manager to join our team. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, driving business growth through these connections, and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, manage, and develop a high-performing team of sales agents to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our agents and customers to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue and improve customer retention.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 months experience in sales, preferably in the Insurance sector.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
