Job Overview:

Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of projects from initiation through completion.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication, ensuring that all project goals align with the organization's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define Project Scope: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals.
  • Develop Project Plans: Create full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.
  • Coordinate Resources: Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution of projects.
  • Manage Changes: Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks and issues, creating mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Track Performance: Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • Provide Status Updates: Provide regular status updates and project reports to stakeholders and senior management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, Trello).
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in an industry such as software development, construction, healthcare, etc.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
