Job Description

We are seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead our sourcing efforts and drive continuous improvement. This role will be responsible for sourcing critical parts, developing sourcing strategies, and leading teams to achieve project timelines, commercials, and cost reduction targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Sound knowledge of proprietary parts, standard bought-out parts, and third-party inspection agencies.
  • Ability to negotiate with suppliers, finalize prices, and understand zero-base costing approaches.
  • Experience in resolving supplier capacity issues, receipt/line quality issues, and implementing process improvements.
  • Skilled in developing source plans, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring timely implementation of part modifications.
