Job Description
As a Kronos Consultant at People tech, you will play a key role in helping our clients optimize their Kronos Workforce Central & Dimensions implementations. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business requirements and deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Knowledge of Kronos Workforce Central & Dimensions, including timekeeping, accruals, scheduling, and other related functionalities.
- Experience with InTouch Clock Configuration and Issue Resolution.
- Familiarity with functional documentation, including FDDs, TDDs, PDDs, and AIDs.
- Understanding of HR processes, from hiring to payroll.
- Knowledge of interface development, including SQL/PLSQL and WIM (optional).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
