Accounting Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our accounting team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing daily accounting operations, including ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and closing processes.

They should also possess strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to mentor a team of accountants.

Additional responsibilities include ensuring timely filing and compliance of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing vendor payments, receivables, and payables, as well as monitoring cash flow, banking activities, and working capital requirements.

They will also review and approve journal entries, invoices, and financial documentation, and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.

Requirements for the position include a CA Inter or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with 7-10 years of progressive experience in accounting, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel is essential, as is strong working knowledge of Indian taxation, GST, TDS, etc., and statutory compliance.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are also required, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and maintain high attention to detail and accuracy.
