We are seeking a seasoned Financial Operations Specialist to join our team in delivering high-quality financial support for Revenue Management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Recognition & Compliance:
    • Provide comprehensive support for revenue recognition processes, adhering to ASC 606 and IFRS 15 principles in production systems
    • Troubleshoot and maintain revenue contracts, performance obligations, and standalone selling price calculations
    • Resolve issues with revenue deferrals, allocations, and adjustments, ensuring seamless system operations
    • Ensure revenue compliance through multi-currency and multi-GAAP reporting
    • Assist with deferred revenue and unbilled revenue accruals processing, maintaining accurate financial records
  • Receivables & Invoicing Support:
    • Troubleshoot customer invoicing, credit memos, and adjustments, resolving discrepancies promptly
    • Support auto-invoice imports from external systems, streamlining transaction processing
    • Maintain collections, aging reports, and dunning processes, optimizing cash flow management
  • Intercompany Process Support:
    • Maintain intercompany revenue recognition and transfer pricing rules, ensuring alignment with business objectives
    • Support intercompany invoicing between business units using Oracle Cloud Intercompany, facilitating efficient transactions
    • Ensure intercompany netting of payables and receivables using Oracle Cloud Payables (AP) and Oracle Cloud Receivables (AR)
  • Accounting & Period Close Support:
    • Reconcile AR subledger with general ledger (GL), ensuring accurate financial representations
    • Support period-end revenue recognition and receivables close processes, maintaining fiscal discipline
    • Validate revenue and intercompany accounting follows IFRS, GAAP, and tax requirements, upholding regulatory standards
  • Technical Support:
    • Develop and debug SQL queries for revenue contracts, AR transactions, intercompany transactions, and payment applications
    • Troubleshoot auto-invoice errors, revenue allocations, and discrepancies in accounting entries, resolving technical complexities
    • Support Revenue Management integrations with Supply Chain Financial Orchestration, Order Management, Projects, Contracts, and Intercompany
