Business Research and Documentation Specialist

As a detail-oriented Business Research and Documentation Analyst, you will support our business development and project documentation processes. This role involves conducting strategic research to identify new business opportunities, maintaining and organizing all project-related documentation, and preparing MIS reports for internal review and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research on potential clients, architectural projects, government tenders, and competitors by analyzing industry trends, market data, and customer needs.
  • Identify and track RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and other bidding opportunities from public and private sectors, ensuring timely submission of proposals and bids.
  • Prepare client profiles, project briefs, and analysis reports to assist the Business Development team in identifying new business opportunities and closing deals.
  • Maintain and organize all documentation related to architectural projects, including drawings, contracts, approvals, and correspondences.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business research and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.
