Job Description

We seek a self-motivated Human Resource Intern to join our HR team. The successful candidate will assist in sourcing candidates through job boards and social media, manage and update job postings on recruitment platforms, screen resumes, and coordinate interview schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through job boards and social media
  • Manage and update job postings on recruitment platforms
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates for interviews
  • Coordinate interview schedules and liaise between candidates and hiring managers
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
  • Assist with preparing interview materials and candidate communication
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation
  • Maintain and update HR databases with accurate candidate and employee records
  • Help prepare HR reports and recruitment performance metrics
  • Collaborate with other HR team members on various projects and administrative tasks

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree in MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources, particularly in recruitment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
