Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a skilled Product Lead to oversee the development and delivery of our B2B API integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and validate API requirements in line with market specifications, ensuring seamless partner integration.
  • Translate business needs into detailed API use cases, flows, and acceptance criteria, driving successful project outcomes.
  • Maintain up-to-date awareness of relevant gaming regulations across target markets, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.

Project Management & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Drive the delivery plan across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with project milestones and stakeholder expectations.
  • Act as the key liaison between internal and external stakeholders, capturing, tracking, and delivering requirements effectively.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders at all levels, fostering strong relationships and trust.

Compliance & Regulatory Alignment:

  • Ensure the API integration complies with igaming standards and regulatory requirements, working closely with legal and compliance teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of regulatory changes and updates, informing business decisions and mitigating risks.

Delivery Excellence:

  • Guarantee timely, high-quality delivery that balances technical complexity with commercial priorities, leveraging agile methodologies and collaboration.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, ensuring smooth project execution and minimal disruptions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in product leadership roles, managing large-scale API or B2B platform projects.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, integration flows, and API documentation standards, with expertise in igaming or regulated industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, driving effective business outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working in distributed teams and agile environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to delivery, with a focus on continuous improvement and learning.
